DESCRIPTION
Infrastructure upgrades and parking lot regrading and paving to accommodate new office building, EV chargers and more visitors. Works was staged to limit interruptions of the pop-up park operations.
OUR ROLE
During project planning, North Construction strategized on the phasing of the project in a way that allows guests to still enjoy the pop-up park and restaurant while also keeping the excavation work efficient, safe and on budget. During the construction phase, we looked after all the excavation work and utility work and coordinated paving and landscaping.

- Constructed Park amenities with minimal interruptions to the public.
